Located in the city, this property features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. As you may have noticed, the theme of 3 appears quite a bit in this property, hence the name "Trinity".
For the first floor, the majority is open concept, which includes the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Then the bathroom, laundry room, and closet are placed in different corners of the house. Upstairs, the master bedroom and washroom are placed on the left, with the other rooms on the right.
Typically, you won't find showers in main-level washrooms, but you will in this house.
