This project measures 70m² because it can be built without a permit. It is designed for two children and two adults (2+2). It is located on the ground floor. It consists of a hall, a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, a bathroom, a children's room and a bedroom.Floor Plan 74.08㎡
The rooms are arranged in such a way that each of them can fit all the furniture and there is still room for comfortable movement.

This is the anteroom. From it is the entrance to the bathroom.
The living room is connected with the kitchen and dining room. However, it is divided into three zones.
The first zone is the living room. There is a sofa, a small table, a chest of drawers and a TV set. The sofa unfolds so you can sleep on it.
The second zone is the kitchen, which has a fridge, sink, oven and spacious cabinets.
The third area is the dining room. It has a large, folding table with chairs.
From the living room we enter an alley with two doors. One (on the right) leads to the bedroom and the other (on the left) leads to the children's room.

This is a panorama that shows the hall, lounge and the transition to the two rooms.
This is the bathroom. It has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with cupboards, a toilet, a washing machine and a dryer.
This room is a children's room. There are two beds, two desks with chairs and a spacious wardrobe. There is a soft carpet on the ground.
The bedroom consists of a large, double bed, two bedside tables situated on both sides of the bed, a wardrobe with a desk and a swivel chair.
