Italian minimalist
Welcome to Ricardo's' Home. This self assured wealthy man in his early thirties has decorated this home to reflect his personality... bold, sharp and well groomed. Where good looks are paramount. This single rise elevation consists of three main areas linked together by a glass and tiled covered passage way, this area allows visual access from one room through to another and creates interest and impact.

High gloss orange and tan furnishing bring warmth to the white walls and pale marble flooring. The large windows have been given a industrial grey alloy finish to add a little urban edge and to the rear of the room a glimpse through the covered walkway into the bedroom beyond.

I love the impact of the chosen furnishings and as a lover of minimalist interiors this style really excites me personally.

this glass covered walkway with its high gloss tiles and vivid green glass roof adds a wow factor to this home. An additional side door offers alternative access and produces a almost shop frontage feel to the dinning room, bedroom and lounge areas as you walk past.

With its ultra minimalist feel and mostly white décor this dinning room offers an elegant and uncluttered space to entertain guests and allows the occupants a view through the tiled walkway and to the hills beyond the side entrance.

Accents of soft creams and brown soften the white and harmonise with the external rural surrounds.

The bedroom with its masculine colour palette is a restful sexy space perfect for the man who doesn't have to try too hard; complete with slipper bath and high gloss wardrobes this interior is functional and beautiful. A bespoke artwork has been created from fabric to bring in another texture.

Glass mirror and simple bedside light compliment the overhead chrome spotlights. Curtains are sheer gauze... seldom drawn as Ricardo usually lives alone.

Small divider adds a modicum of privacy to the bather. The floor is white rubber perfect to deal with any spillage and also provide supple warmth and non slip properties.

Long view of the bedroom as would be seen by the bather.

Oh this is minimalist in the most luxurious way! From the modern orange sofas to the very decadent white rubber flooring in the bathroom it is a joy to explore!! Oh but the biggest wow is that glass walk way!! I would spend a lot of time in there if I was a guest at Ricardos!! Well done dear Karen!!!
