This is my idea of a modern look apartment, I get ideas of small apartments that have a loft to make a bedroom upstairs, the plan of this apartment is based on an old Italian building, walls are tall enough to allow a second room upstairs for the bedroom, this apartment has 1 living space with dining and kitchen all in one, a balcony-social-garden outside, 1 closet or storage or cloak room, 1 bathroom and a bedroom that is only featured on the 2nd floor.Floor Plan 82.74㎡
wall height of this apartment is about 18.2 ft, and it was halved to create a section for the bedroom upstairs, the apartment has an outdoor garden at the balcony with seating for social gatherings for at least 5 people.
