Basement Home
I wanted to create a design for people who live in a basement. I wanted to show them that they can create a very modern and beautiful space all through out their home. Learn more about this beautiful basement home by and seeing the rest of the pictures. I love this floor plan! For the Living, Kitchen and Dining room I wanted to create a open but different spaces in each. For the Master Bedroom I wanted to create a beautiful space to relax. For the Bathroom I wanted it to feel beachy and calm. The Laundry room I wanted to make modern but useful.

For the Master Bathroom I wanted to explore with the bright green colors and I think it turned out amazing! I wanted to make a useful space to enjoy while still adding a couple touches of green everywhere. I adore how Earthy this room feels with all the plants to help you relax.

The Laundry room may be a bit small but it sure is gorgeous! I chose to not take up a lot of space with the Washer and Dryer and instead just stack them on top of each other. I then used the extra space that gave me to put in some cabinets for storage and folding clothes.

I am in love with how the beachy bathroom turned out! The beautiful blue colors bring in a sense of calmness into the bathroom to help you maximize your experience. The window brings in the much needed sunlight to make this space feel more open.

I love this little office area! Its right off from the Kitchen and right by all the rooms. I wanted to make it very modern with a touch of bohemian style to it and I think I've succeeded. The plant just adds a little bit of green to the space. A truly beautiful space to work in.

Behind the Living room we enter the musical space of the house. I wanted to make this space a very beautiful space where you could go and experiment with music. This is a great space to come to on your creative hour.

For the Living and Dining room I wanted to create a open yet closed off space. I started with a great room which I then put a wall through to divide it. To your left you get a view of your kitchen/dining area and to the right you can see the living space.

This is the beautiful, gold Dining room. We have six chairs under a rectangular, white table. I put a gold vase to add some color. I then added a gorgeous, round, golden mirror on the wall and to top it all off I hung a unique golden chandelier. I put a huge window to let that natural light come in.

From the Dining room, the Kitchen is right across from it. For the Kitchen I wanted a very simple and calm place to cook/bake in so, I chose a very simple yet beautiful beige Kitchen. I added the small gold light fixtures to take the gold from the Dining room into the Kitchen.

Across the wall and into the Living room. In this room I really wanted to experiment with bright colors without going too crazy. I wanted to create a space where you could relax and read a book while feeling like your in a modern space. I love how unique this space turned out!

This is what you see from the entre way. You get to see the beautiful blue sea with a shoe storage right under. You see the full wall of dressers to your left and a full wall to hang things up on your right.

I added a full length mirror to always look at your outfits and beautiful rug to make the space feel more cozy. I added a small gold light fixture as well.

I wanted to provide the Master Closet with a lot of storage. I added these beautiful dressers to add folded clothes. I hung some hooks to make having purses and other accessories really easy.

This is what you see when you go into the Master Bedroom. You see a relaxing place to watch television with a warm fire place.

In this cute little corner I added a hanging chair for you to get on, read a good book and over look the blue sea.

From the bed you get to see the beautiful blue ocean.

In this room I wanted to add a little bit of a wood touch to it so I added a wood head board with a wood portrait on the wall. I also added some wood light fixtures.

Last, but not least, the Master Bedroom!
