Floor Plan 96.6㎡
The floor plan is very simple and flows nicely. When you first walk in through the front door, there is a breakfast nook that flows right into the kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you have a large living room. Lastly, the bedroom and bathroom are located in the front of the house.

Space Showcase 16 Renders
Living Room
The living room is a wonderful, light space with lots of natural lighting. There is tons of storage in the built-in shelves and a separate nook for the television.
Kitchen
The kitchen is my favorite space in the house. I used the new modeling feature to make the kitchen. The cabinets are a light blue that matches all the other features in the house. The backsplash is a nice chevron silver pattern that matches all the finishes.
The dining area/breakfast nook is a light space with a nice picture window near. There is a nice bench with storage under it so you can store extra cooking supplies or shoes and coats inside the bench.
Bedroom
The bedroom matches the rest of the house using the same light blue and white color palette. There is a closet and a built-in desk on one wall.
On the other wall, there is a bed and two nightstands. There is also lots of natural lighting coming from the window. I added two hanging lights above both of the nightstands to add a more modern touch.
Off of the bedroom is a door to the bathroom.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a similar vibe to the kitchen with matching hardware and cabinets. There is a large shower and tub.
