Family Vacation Home
This little vacation home is located right on the coast, and is perfect for a family to take trips to when they want to escape, but it would also work well as a full time home! There are 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an open-concept living space. The house's U-shape makes a great little yard too!Floor Plan 183.98㎡
Each bedroom is located in it's own wing, and has sliding glass doors out to the center courtyard. It is designed around outdoor use, and the multiple windows around the central courtyard would work well for passive solar heating, if opening is oriented towards the south.

Great Room
The spacious living room is divided into 2 parts for more sitting area.

The main entrance to the center courtyard is flanked by 2 french windows.
Second Bedroom
This room has sliding doors out to the central courtyard, and a nice view as well.
Is set up as a kid's room, but could be a guest bedroom or a home office.
Master Bedroom
The larger bedroom also has sliding glass doors out to the central courtyard, mirroring the second bedroom.
Each bedroom has a large closet, and two dressers right next to each other, perfect for a vacation home!
Outdoors
A hottub offers a scenic view, with lots of comfort and bubbles!
Bathroom
Looking at the dual sink vanity from inside the shower.
There is a large closet off of the bathroom, perfect for putting wet clothes to dry, or storing towels. The toilet has a nook near the shower, and the bathroom is spacious, being the only one in the house.
