Modern Family Home
A two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home, this place is meant for a growing family. While it is limited on space, it still shows how the majority of people are living today. There is a large back deck, and a small driveway at front. I hope you enjoy looking at the renders!Floor Plan 184.94㎡
This family home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a large back deck that faces south for sunlight and warmth. It replicates the homes that the majority of people today are living in, and while it may be on the small side, the layout utilizes the space wonderfully.

The master bedroom has a nice large full bathroom, and the walk in closet makes it a luxorious bedroom!
A large walk in closet should fit all the parent's clothes...
Second Bedroom
The fish tank is a nice addition.
This adorable little girl's room has plenty of space to play around in!
Bathroom
The 1/2 bath is tiny, but located in a great spot for anyone, especially guests to use it.
Main Room
The hallway is just off the living room, and the large fireplace adds a cozy feeling to the building.
The double sliding glass doors make the smaller home feel bigger, because that's what it's all about;)
You can see the large fireplace and the entries into the bathroom and laundry room.
A small peek into the half bath. It is small, but serves and important purpose.
A tiny closet by the front door is a golden place to store coats and shoes out of sight.
The laundry room is right off the kitchen. A small shelf decorated with a succulent or two brings the outdoors in.
A small window nook adds another oppurtunity to add in a desk, or to put another sofa in. The large closet is also nice.
The living room works best with a sectional sofa and a nice coffee table. A wall mounted light was installed to give a reader some extra brightness.
The entry way is in an alcove right off the living room.
The kitchen and dining room are small, but they give off a great vibe!
Laundry Room
An indoor laundry room is always nice, and this one has a couple small shelves, and a cabinet could easily be installed for more storage space.
