Big Apartment

This is a big apartment, so I wanted it to have a nice flow through the main area - kitchen, dining and living room -, but keeping the areas sectionated. I tried to be a little bit more detail oriented on this design and see where I could improve.

Balcony

This is a simple balcony I designed thinking about someone who just woke up and wants to relax while reading the newspaper and drinking some coffee looking at the view.

Second Bedroom

A place to store their belongings during the stay and a place to crash at the end of the day.

Our guests deserve the best, specially if they're sleeping over.

Master Bathroom

Talking about grooming, whether is makeup, shaving, skin care or just brushing your teeth, good lighting is always a must.

This area integrates bathroom and closet, using wisely all the spaces in the bedroom and thinking about the day to day usage, when the couple may flow from clothes to grooming in the same space.

Master Bedroom

A stylish gradient wall sets the mood for a couple to relax after a long day. The narrow walls and the niches with lighting were thought to make one feel cozy.

What's better than finish your work and jump into bed? Not much. Yet, even with the home office inside the bedroom, the lighting does the jov of sectionating the spaces, keeping one concentrated while working.

A hallway of armoires leads to the bathroom.

Bathroom

This sauna-like bathroom is just amazing. A bench inside the cabin is a simple luxury that just makes sense.

All black and minimalist bathroom for our guests. This half-circle mirror gives a geometrical touch to the space and why not an art poster?

Living and Dining Room

This is the most exciting area of the home because, even with the integrationg of three spaces, each one keeps it's singularity, but all of them have a unity because of the colors and materials.
