First attempt to a double story!
For my first attempt to a double story, did a mezzanine level containing a master bedroom en suite and a sitting nook. It was a tight learning curve.......but hope to do one again soon to master more techniques. For this one I tried my best, but was not allowed access to my panorama.
To get the stairs in position was a mission and a half. I chose the easiest stairs to get the feeling of fitting stairs, but they do look good in the room.

I was so pleased when the column worked!

One of my favorite feature in this picture is the big mirror on the back wall, creating the illusion of another space.

I love the little window up high in the double volume hallway.

Master bedroom upstairs.

En suite bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs bathroom. And I just realized you can only use it by entering the room! Some design choices need to be taken into consideration here.......

This is the downstairs bedroom/ office space with the same bathroom layout as on the top floor. I forgot to name the room and there was no way I would remove the carefully place floor to do that.

Pretty consistent, well organized. I like the kitchen open on the living room and the huge windows, the open space on the top floor is great. A lot of light. Very nice.
I'm just afraid of the stairs :)

Thanks Mayowa! To tell you the truth, so did me!😜. It was a steep learning curve. But the videos on youtube of Projecttips helps a lot.

Wow! I am so blown away. This is perfect -- the furnishings are perfectly chosen for this fresh, chic downtown condo, and the layout is so incredible. I LOVE that shot of the desk in that little nook! I can't believe this is your first attempt. It is amazing and it is beautiful!
