Floor Plan 119㎡

Downstairs, to have a really open floor plan I kept the kitchen and living room fully connected. The upstairs has the same floor plan as the downstairs so the Living/Kitchen is used as a large bonus space.

Kitchen + Living/Bonus Area

The bonus space is a cozy area complete with a gas fireplace and a huge tv. It is a wonderful area to watch movies or sports games with the family.

The living room is a cozy space where you can relax on the couch. It is open to the kitchen so you can easily see what is happening in both places at once.

In the kitchen, I used grey lower cabinets with white countertops and white upper cabinets. The chairs add an elegant touch to the space and add some seating to the area.

Master Bedroom/Guest Bedroom

Almost identical to the master bedroom, the second bedroom is perfect for a guest bedroom or a kids room, whatever works best for your needs. It can even be used as an office if needed.

The master bedroom is a cozy space where you can relax and unwind after a long day of work.

Master Hallway/Guest Shower

This is part of the hallway that leads to the master bedroom. It has a storage closet area that is similar to a closet.

Master Bath/Full Guest Bath

The second bathroom is a nice area with double sinks and a large shower. There is gray cabinetry and silver hardware.
