This luxury penthouse apartment is a 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath space with multiple living areas and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto the spacious balcony. This gives the apartment an indoor/outdoor feel and maximizes the living space.

This clean and modern kitchen is the perfect place for entertaining and cooking meals. It features a large oven, spacious counter tops, and modern appliances. The marble counter tops accent the marble floors throughout the main living areas of the apartment.

This is another view into the breakfast eating area and the Den. Lots of natural light is featured in the apartment which creates airy and lively touches.

The kitchen flows directly into the dining area. I wanted to keep a monochromatic feel throughout the apartment and add some slight pops of color. I chose gold accents for the dining room to add an elegant and sophisticated feel into the space.

The formal living room transitions into the balcony area through floor to ceiling sliding doors. This space leads out into the main balcony area.

This is the Den area of the main living area. It features large windows with a clean design.

This is the third seating area on the patio. I envisioned someone being able to drink coffee and enjoy their mornings and evenings here.

This is the second seating area that opens into the lounge room inside the apartment.

All doors leading into the balcony are floor to ceiling sliding doors. Almost every room in the apartment enters out into the balcony giving it a complete indoor/outdoor feel.

This is the main area of the balcony. It features two seating areas as well as a six-person dining table that is an entertainers dream. My vision for this space was to create a space that someone can relax in as well as have fun in.

This is the en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms.

This is another en-suite bathroom that is attached to a bedroom. I wanted the walls and floor to be marble to add to the contemporary feel. I also added a large spacious shower and a floating sink.

The guest bedroom is my favorite room in the house. I love the accent wall and all of the furniture in the room.

The master bathroom features floating sinks, marble floors, and contemporary features including a spacious tub and shower.

This is the hallway leading from the lounge into the living/dining/kitchen area.

The sliding doors open into an outdoor seating area. This maximizes the lounge area and increases the entertainment potential.

The lounge is the perfect area for entertainment and fun.

This bathroom is connected to the main living room in the apartment. I kept everything clean and contemporary.

Master Bathroom

My favorite part about this room is the natural light that the room holds and the red accent couch. It is one of the few pops of colors throughout the apartment and it adds character to the room.

I was inspired to give the room a contemporary yet cozy vibe. This was achieved by the neutral colors and the wooden accent wall, as well as the furniture and the large doors.
