I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my subscription. I have decided that I no longer wish to use the service.
Additionally, I noticed that I was recently charged €44. I kindly request a full refund of this amount, as I do not intend to continue with my subscription.
Could you please process the cancellation and the €44 refund as soon as possible, and provide a confirmation once it has been completed?
