I've been trying for multiple days to create a split level home with no luck. The home has 4 levels: basement, entrance level, living room level and bedrooms level I have tried many workaround but none of them work in a way that makes an accurate 2d and 3d designs Any help would be appreciated. Here are some things i've tried. None of them work properly This one i hand modelled the top half of the walls but the floor plane is still there This one, the ceiling of each floor is visible This one the walls of each floor don't make it to the ceiling of the fllor above it

I think I found a way but the minimum allowed height of a floor would need to be reduced in the system. Would that be possible to do to support split-level designs? it seems like a very small request. The explanation is that since the real height of a floor is split between two levels, if you want a room that is 2m high, which is what i need, each floor would need to be 1m. Currently, the minimum allowed by the system is 1.5m, meaning the real room height would be 3m. Too high for most rooms. In case anyone else is interested, draw the top half of the wall using interior modelling @ Homestyler support

Thank you again. That definitely works to make an accurate 3d visualization, but like I mentioned in the first post, I am trying to get an accurate 3d *and* 2d visualization. If I have only 1 floor with fake levels, the 2d design will be innacurate. I cannot give that 2d floorplan to contractors or customers. I need something that will generate 4 separate 2d floorplans showing the layout of each level. Is there a way to do both accurate 2d and 3d designs for split levels? Thank you

Thank you again. That definitely works to make an accurate 3d visualization, but like I mentioned in the first post, I am trying to get an accurate 3d *and* 2d visualization. Thank you for your correction, we kindly tell you that you may just draw one layer with a 5.3m wall height, then you can add plane on different floors in 'interior Modeling': Step 1.

Step 2. Using 'rectangle' or 'Line' to draw different floors, and using 'extrude' to add thickness on each floors @ Hilikus

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately what you showed is not a split-level design. In a split level design, the ceiling of level 1 is not the floor of level 2, it is the floor of level 3. Please refer to the sketch attached. The left one is what you showed, which doesn't work for me, the right is what I actually am trying to do. Note I am ignoring the stairs that connect every level

Hello, if we understood your request correctly, you can add floors first, then using 'copy' feature to duplicate the rooms on the same floor, then delete the original one by deleting its walls: Step 1.
