A Single Texture Map is suitable for materials displayed with one texture image, such as wood finishes, wallpaper, paint, and ready-to-use flooring or tile textures.
Step 1: Upload a Texture File
Click Single Texture Map and select the texture file you want to upload.
Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, and PNG. For texture dimensions, color modes, and file requirements, see: [ Homestyler Model Creation Guidelines and Upload Requirements ]

Step 2: Open the Submission Page
After the texture has been uploaded, click Go submit to open the Unsubmitted 2D models page.
Step 3: Submit the Texture
On the Unsubmitted 2D models page, click Submit next to the corresponding texture.
To submit multiple textures, select the required files and click Submit at the top of the page.

Step 4: Edit the Material Information
Complete the following settings in the Edit Model window:
·Category: Select a category based on how the material will be used:
·Interior Finish: Recommended for architectural finish materials used on walls and floors, such as flooring and tiles;
·Texture Library: Recommended for materials applied to furniture and decorative models, such as fabric and metal.
·Name: Enter a name for the material;
·Size: Enter the material’s actual physical dimensions;
·Material effect: Select an appropriate material effect.

After completing the settings, click Confirm.

Important: Select the correct category based on the materials intended use. An incorrect category may affect how the material is displayed and applied in the design tool.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
After submission, wait for processing to finish and for the material thumbnail to appear. A 2D material typically takes approximately 3 minutes to process.
