It seems I cannot access any of my previous designs or create a new design on the web version? Every time I click "Start Designing" or select one of my previous designs, I get this page and it doesn't load past this (even tried to leave it on the page overnight). I am able to create designs on the mobile app. I can see the designs on the web, but it is locked when I try to edit it on the web. Does this mean the free version is no longer available? Do I need to pay to access my older designs? Help!
