I accidentally registered for a team account and converted my account to a team account. Now I’m facing an issue: when I try to render the furniture on the floor, it doesn’t work and says it requires approval I would like to convert my account to an individual account and transfer the design I created on the team account to my new account Please respond quickly as the project is due tomorrow.
Hello, we feel sorry to tell you that the projects created from the team lisence cannot be transfered to individual account. And if your team license is on active, you are suppose to render successfully on your project, could you please tell us your email address associated to your team account?
