I am designing a 3 story house. The ground floor is the basement/garage. The first floor should effectively be the ground floor with a garden. However, when I "Select outside area" it automatically places it on the ground floor next to the garage and not on the first floor
I have seen the Q&A's about adding a basement. It might be an older version because my version only allows for "add upper level" or "add lower level".
How do select the ground-floor as a basement? Or some work-around to effectively create a garden (outside area) on the first floor
