Title says it all. Porch should be above grass, with steps down leading to the grass, but I can't figure out how to do this. I know it's possible based on screenshots of other designs so I must be missing something. Thanks for any and all help/discussion.
Any idea how to raise house so that the outdoor area isn't level with the house?

HS Official answer was good. Another way is to create basement at height of porch and then on first floor (floor edit) remove the floor up to the actual house. The pix shows the steps were placed on the basement level, the porch is the 1st floor.

Hello, you can create a floor at the higher lever in 'Interior Modeling' then add furnitures on it, or add a lower layer to the 1F.
