Hi everyone, Has anyone encountered this issue and was able to retrieve their project? Already tried contacting the homestyler team but no one responded yet.
I have the same problem and am hoping for a solution. Has anyone an idea what to do?

Hey, I'm getting the exact same error. Spent a lot of time creating a design and now can't access it to update. I think it may have something to do with the Project or Design being made in an older version. You would think that newer versions would cater for back compatibility so subscribers and other users don't loose their valuble work. Can anyone from the help team shed some light on this issue and offer a solution for everyone?
