hi, non of the homestyler app or the homestyler web floor planing is working on my ipad pro m2. What can be the problem and how to fix it?

I have the same problem. The homestyler app works but it is imposible to edit a project with google Chrome. I gets frezee in the initial page. I'm using an iPad Pro and an iPhone 14 Pro Max and both have the same problem.
