Hi, I am unable to check in and claim my prize for today, Saturday July 5. I tried on different computers so the problem is not on my end. The little prize icon just wiggles back and forth and when I click on it it flashes orange but then goes back to black. Please help, Not sure why I'm having so many problems on here lately.

Hello, thank You for trying to help me but Your advise was about my computer which is fine - the settings work, however the problem with very small pannel is inside Homestyler - the problem with very small tabs in every panel ocurred shortly after I added bottom floor I have entered the stairs down and prceed with futher composition then the tabs got mimimal, I can not see where to click for certain function - it is impossible to work, please help.

Hello, I have styler premium subscription active, but the app is not allowing me to access premium content. Whenever I click a premium option it directs me to subscription purchase even though I have an active one already, this is really frustrating me. Please fix this issue, I cannot be paying and not be able to access what I paid for.

Hi, I redeemed multiple 2k normal renders using coins and it only showed 1 render redeemed even though the coins for more than one had been deducted from my total amount of coins. However it does not show up in my claim history. Now when I want to redeem a 2k render I can only buy one at a time.

ive tried too contact homestyle and they have been good until now and now im not getting a response. Homestyler did work for me on my laptop and now it doesn't work do you know why all it dose it just says loading and never actually loads Thank you
