We understand the frustration this may cause and want to reassure you that the issue has now been resolved. We've also extended the challenge's end time:

* Indoor Urban Jungle for Web: changed from 2023.10.01 - 2023.10.31 to 2023.11.02

* Garden Studio for Web: changed from 2023.10.14 - 2023.10.26 to 2023.10.29

theres another bug - somehow all of the custom 3d modeling I built yesterday just disappeared - literally spend hours to make them - all of a sudden disappeared and I had to remodel them again plus it was about a project I already put in to public and shared with others all the pool deck and terraces i built were gone

hey HS team, I want to join Pro Account but first i want to have some important stuff WORKING before tossing my money... for example like showing furniture while modeling custom stuff - sometimes its important to have this feature active and now it fails to load for some unknown issue again

I just got same issue - I succeded to build terraces and pool decks also to put then in the showcase - and today they are missing - had to remodel them again @ Grace Simmons

After refreshing the page at 5:07 PM, MODELS HAVE DISAPPEARED.

NEWS FLASH.....2D model upload have been fixed. 3D model upload HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. Uploaded models and everything looked fine. Time recorded as 5:05 PM
