Simple question on roof customization elevation - beginner

COULD YOU HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND HOW I CAN CREATE THIS TYPE OF ROOF? DID YOU SOLVE THE ISSUE CLAIM IN YOUR QUESTION?

I haven't figured out how to unlock the elevation slider and I don't know if this helps but if you raise the height of your walls in general the roof will move up. It looks pretty weird on the outside but normal on the inside.
