My Project won't load!-デザインQ＆A-Homestyler Forum

My project will not load! All other projects are loading fine. I have attempted to open this on 2 different machines and have tried both regular and incognito mode in chrome. I am able to click things and it's clearly selecting objects. When I go to Plane mode, everything shows up fine, however, 3D, Roam, and Rendering completely do not work. It only shows a screen similar to this screenshot

still no response from support. Looks like they borked users' files who had multi-level designs. I think it's related to the new level features. camera position is either corrupted or underground. @ jpzehner

This has happened to all my designs as well. Waiting on support answer - but surprised no other comments/responses here. It seems this forum is largely unmonitored judging by the lack of responses and all the SPAM that remains visible.

these forums are just a way for us to work our own problems out. regardless of subscription, the same results. no response. this app has not been dependable. I have a client project and this is the second time I can't depend on this app to work when I need it. @ jpzehner
