My existing project not loading-設計答疑-Homestyler Forum

I have been working on a project for almost a month and even worked on the same project today with everything working fine and then it suddenly stopped loading, now all I am stuck at loading. This is very frustrating, really hope I haven't lost everything that has been done. My other projects open fine, but the problem exists only with my latest project. Please help

Thanks a lot, Isabella. My internet works perfectly and never had a problem with it. Tried everything possible, but with no positive results, reset wifi, cleared cache and system data on comp and on chrome and still nothing. I have literally given up on resolving the issue and started the project design all over again. My guess why this happened though is maybe because I had a lot of personalized custom models I created within homestyler, which resulted in the crash, but it's all speculations and even the support team couldn't help with the issue, so moved on. Once again thanks.

Okay. If this happens, it is most likely a system glitch. But it could also be because of your internet connection. Does your internet mess up a lot causing certain apps to load slower or not load at all? If so, then I would definitely reset the app. If that doesn't work, then try resetting your Wi-Fi. And if that still doesn't work, then contact your internet person to come check and see if something is wrong with the internet connection. Also, it's not always the internet, this app is always lagging and being slow. But the best thing you can do, is just stay calm and be patient.

This happened to me earlier, today. It's working fine now. It must've been a system glitch. Does yours work now?
