Camera Not Showing Up-T&J-Homestyler Forum

I opened up Homestyler and the cursor/camera isn't loading nor is the camera settings. Is this happening to anyone else? Help! How do I fix it

clear the cookies from your browser and when you open homestyler again you will have the camera @ fulgiamm fulgiamm

it is happening to me as well ... not good at all

The problem disappeared, don't know how, but the next time I wil face it following your suggestion @ beppe

I was having the same issue. However, when I changed the view to the floor plan not roam, I was able to see the camera and change its position as well. Hope my answer will help.
