Having issue with the uploaded textures and tiles :(

Same issue here as well. No unlocked models show up, no textures, nothing in my history, no uploads ... been like this since yesterday.

Same issue. No uploads from over the last 4 months are showing. See it in the Upload library, but in the actual app/program, it's not under uploads. Just empty.

This mess started yesterday. I pushed through but finally got fed up last night and sent email to homestyler-support@service.alibaba.com.......HS said they fixed it, I was able to use models for about 5 hrs this morning but around 12 noon seems like the system failed again. Sent them another email, still waiting.......@Homestyler Official

the same thing happens to me, I thought it was some update. I see that it is the problem of the program. I work with my uploads..... it is impossible to work like this

I have had the same problem for months so far and think I may have figured out the reason why; I'm still not 100% certain of this being the cause, but I think that in order to upload new materials and textures you have to upgrade which of course means having to pay money on a monthly basis. If this is indeed the case then it is personally very upsetting to me; because I can NOT pay and do NOT even want to pay, and I don't care if the cheapest starts at $4.9!
