My 3D models don't load! URGENT-T&J-Homestyler Forum

My 3d models library doesn't load. Same happens with history + favorites. I cannot upload new 3d models, in other words I cannot work! This is URGENT please can someone assist me? I have several work deliveries and I am not being able to upload new 3d/2d models. I tried more than 3 times to report this through "Feedback" to get help from someone at homestyler and ALL of the times it says "Sorry try again later"!!! I need help, this is seriously affecting my deadlines.

Update: I tried to upload a new texture and model and it does not work. It shows as uploaded in the Upload section, but is no where to be found in the app itself under uploads. Empty. Melisa, is this working for you now?

Same problem. Everything I uploaded (models, textures etc) over the last 4 months is gone. There is simply an empty folder with no uploads. When I go to upload a new texture or model I can see all my files, but in the app itself, under Uploads, there is nothing. Has the location moved, or what is going on? Nothing is fixed.
