When you have added light bands or light troughs in your design, you can adjust the lighting parameters in the Rendering interface. Click the "Render" button in the top toolbar to enter the rendering environment, and click "Lighting-Add Light" on the left to enter the manual lighting environment. Left-click to select the light of the light band (all light sources are highlighted in yellow). Then in the properties panel on the right, you can go to turn on or off the light, and modify the brightness and color temperature of the light band.
