Does anyone know why I can t open any of my old designs or start new?
Hi, for the design made with V1 version, you cannot find them in the design interface. Please find them in the Homestyler webpage under the "My Designs" page.

Hi, for the design made with V1 version, you cannot find them in the design interface. Please find them on the Homestyler webpage under the "My Designs" page. You could convert V1 design into new version.
