You could check all your subscription information like which membership is activated now, how long it will last and redeem history for all your previous membership through the "My Subscription" button under your profile image.
I am writing regarding a charge made to my account this month despite having cancelled my auto-renewal one month ago, prior to the renewal date. I have verified that my subscription was cancelled, however I was still billed for the current cycle. This charge was unexpected and unauthorized, as I no longer intended to continue the subscription. I kindly request a refund of the recent charge, and written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further charges will occur. Attached is the cancellationconfirmation I received on my email.
