Hola, les escribo con motivo de URGENCIA! ya que por error compre una membresía ya que confundí dolares por pesos mexicanos! y el cobro se hizo en pesos mexicanos, por lo cual me urge cancelar dicha suscripción! y les pediría amablemente su ayuda para generar un reembolso! adjunto evidencia de cargo hecho, sin embargo no puedo cancelarla directamente en la pagina y no tengo conocimiento sobre como hacerlo. por favor pido su ayuda y atención! muchas gracias, Saludos. I am writing regarding a charge made to my account this month despite having cancelled my auto-renewal one month ago, prior to the renewal date. I have verified that my subscription was cancelled, however I was still billed for the current cycle. This charge was unexpected and unauthorized, as I no longer intended to continue the subscription. I kindly request a refund of the recent charge, and written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further charges will occur.
