I cannot find my designs! What happened?

Please make sure you are signing, in the same way each time, as you did upon initial signup. For example, if you signed in using an email and saved your designs under that profile, they would be saved there as opposed to if you logged in using Facebook, Google+, or other social providers.

I made some designs around 2019, are they gone for ever? I checked in my profile 10 times and they aren't there! Is there anything that I could do to recover them?

My designs are gone. I forgot my password so I reset the password and logged back in several times but my projects still are NOT accessible. My Pro subscription is current. I am preparing to print for my client presentations. How do I get my designs again?

Hello Homestyler. I save my design so many times but I just have in the files the old version from a week ago. And now that I reset the page it brought me to that old version. I am suppose to deliver the project today 😕. I worked day and night this last week on this project. There's any solution please?

Good day! Please tell me, I ran into a terrible problem. One of my projects has become empty. Regardless of which view I turn on (top view or 3d) there is absolutely nothing, empty. Каким способом вы вошли в Homestyler? Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что вы используете тот же метод входа. Если вы войдете через другую стороннюю учетную запись, в Homestyler будут созданы разные учетные записи, даже если обе сторонние учетные записи принадлежат вам.@ Елена Дивненко

In which way did you log in to Homestyler? Please make sure you are using the same login method. If you log in through a different third-party account, it will generate different accounts in Homestyler even if both third-party accounts are from you.@ Елена Дивненко
