Stuff disappearing and things not working right-Des questions-Homestyler Forum

Logged on today and I have had trees and plants and fire dissaear on me and it wont allow me to re-add and the costume cabinets dont work anyone having the same issues.. and i get booted off after only being on for 10 mins

Hey guys, I was working on a design and after a refresh of the page it suddenly just disappeared. It only shows the outside area and not the rooms/furniture or anything else of the work I have done. Can you please help?

The same very thing is happening to me. My personal 3D uploads are coming and going at will every time I refresh the page or re-launch the program. I'm getting logged off at will. Tech support seems very unwilling to help, also (I have reached out to them many times before ... it's almost useless, really).
