Converting old designs to fit the new version-设计答疑-Homestyler Forum

Hello, I have a question, this is the first time I'm using Homestyler with new version, while I love it I haven't been able to convert my old designs to fit the new version, and I still want to work on them.

I can see only one design can be convertet per day, but when I try to, I only get a blank canvas. Do I have to wait for the design to convert or is there something else I'm missing?

Thank you for the answer, I tried it a couple of times, but it didn't want to convert, to be exact, when I went on edit design nothing was loading on the page. BUT, it finally happened! My design has been converted when I tried it today, so thanks for all the help, I can go work on it now :D @ Homestyler Official

Hi，the tule is you can convert each old design once per day, but you can convert multiple of them. Once you click "convert", it will be converted on the back end, and once converted you will see it in your designs list.
