Apply tile backsplash to only a portion of a wall-デザインQ＆A-Homestyler Forum

Hi all, Is it possible to apply tile to only part of a wall and not the whole wall or room? I am trying to create a kitchen backsplash but have only been able to do whole walls.

Also, if anyone has an easy way to create a countertop to put on the base cabinets, I would appreciate any help you can share! Thanks in advance.

Note the measurements: how wide/high/elevation from the floor. Process is the same floors. Choose wall, in menu click 'tile flooring'. Use top menu tools-draw area where you want the backsplash. Apply tile pattern from HS inventory or create your own using the line/shape tools on top menu. Fill in with tile/texture of your choice and complete.
