Lowering the outside area

it was little hard to achive. but basement level with basement custom flooring alsomst worked. The ceilling of the ground floor should be edidted to let custom floor from the basement to popup.

Hi, you could make a higher floor as the 1st floor, and take the lower levels as if it is below the ground level.
