Homestyler I need help I'm working on a terrace inside the house without a ceiling. But when I rendering, the ceiling appears. What am I doing wrong? Thank You Annie

hi I have a question and thank you answer it🙏🏻 Is HomeStyler directly related to enhancing system features? I mean for render or everything ? However I enhance my system features , Homestyler will be better or not affect to system features?

Thank you very much for your answer. Indeed yes apparently the problem was in hiding the walls. So I did it again and then it worked. thank you Annie @ Homestyler Official

Hi Annie, did you hide the roof, or made it with interior modeling? Sometimes it happens when the network is slow and it does not reflect the real setting in the design interface, so please try to save and re-open the project. If it still shows on the render, could you please send the design link to homestyler-support@service.alibab.com
