I am reaching out because I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my subscription. Although I have been paying for the monthly plan, I was not able to access all of the features I should have been entitled to.
Unfortunately, due to these problems, I ended up canceling my subscription — even though that was not my intention. I would very much like to continue using your app with full access, but given the lost months of service, I kindly ask if you could provide me with an appropriate solution or offer to make up for the missed benefits.

Thank you for your feedback. I can’t open the Styler elements. Whenever I try, the window “Unlock Styler Membership” pops up. But I already have it, as you have also confirmed.

Hello, We suggest you to check your network, clear your PC cache, update system, and also check if your VPN was turned on? Then using Google Chrome browser to try again:)

Hola tengo un gran problema, soy Binicius de Jons y mi gmail es arcadiusvonergums@gmail.com, mi cuenta a desaparecido, me viene con otra cuenta al abrir el homestyler, me han desaparecido los proyectos y no puedo seguir trabajando, me viene en la otra cuenta el básico y yo tengo 2 membresías pagadas al día de hoy y todos los meses, necesito que me reparen el problema. Hola muy buenas, tengo un problema y es que el homestyler no se me abre y me mandan al support, tengo desde hace tiempo el problema de que tarda en abrirse además de al guardarse y sobre todo al querer renderizar, tarda o me da por incomunicado, además de + cosas, hoy no se me abre.

hola tengo dos membresías suscritas y sigo teniendo problemas a la hora de descargar un plano del autocad, llevo 2 semanas intentándolo y no puedo, puedo pensar que es por no tener nada comprado, pero tengo 2 membresías, una recién por año y otra me quedan 40 días, no comprendo, esto me pasó hace mucho tiempo y se solucionó, pero ahora?
