Problem with 3D model uploader-设计交流-Homestyler Forum

Hi,

I can't upload 3D model. Someone has the same problem? I tried to upload .skp (SketchUP) and .3ds (3Ds Max) but none can be uploaded.

I prefer to use .skp file, there something to do when I export the .skp file from SketchUP?

Please help me

What if my model is skp 2019 or earlier and i still can't upload it correctly. This is only for one model, I have tried many times. What could be the cause?

Issue resolved with the support team. It is not possible to upload .skp from 2020. All uploaded files must be from version 2019 or earlier. @ Homestyler Official
