If it's a multi level building than you can do it in Edit Floor. Just lengthen the floor.
Or you can draw one in Interior Modeling. It's a bit harder but you can draw any shaped balcony.

Hello, I am one of the many people to own this app. I was wondering could guys give more specific videos on how to make a Balcony for a normal size house, when I first started it seems to be very complicated. This is something that I would like to do in the future, I do this for fun and hopefully professionally.
