Everything doesn't work!
I've been having trouble accessing my projects for two days, rendering doesn't work properly and sometimes they don't even start, I can't access the Lightmix section, often I can't even save, often I can't access the "Interior Modeling" section. I don't know what else to add except the regret of having paid a subscription for a service that doesn't work. Do something!!

FAILURE TO LOAD RESPONSE ?
Even thought there are several complaints, 'support' told me i needed to modify my system as a temporary fix. They sent instructions/directions but we as users should not have to modify our systems to accomodate a site that was working fine until now. FIX THE PROBLEM. @homestyler

FAILURE TO LOAD PROJECT
PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. So the solution provided on the forum pages was : we are checking this problem, we will fix it asap:) And temporary, we suggest you to check your network, clear your PC cache, update system, also update the Google Chrome browser, check if your VPN was turned on? Then try again:) The typical respose given when no answers can be provided. Bring Wireframe & Material Image Saves!!
I'd love to be able to include the wireframe & material images for my clients. I think it is a great way to show the actual process of my work. It's also easier to send them wireframe & material to get approval for a final design that I then can render. I feel like I'm wasting time creating rough draft designs and having to render them. I also think the wireframe is just beautiful and would love to showcase those on my website as well.

Countertop Issue
My design originally had countertops generated until I had to adjust dimensions and now it will not generate countertops. I have tested it in a different floor plan and it works so I know it is not my computer or Homestlyler. I have checked the 'view' settings, 3D versus 2D, manually drew them versus auto generated, attempted different countertops, and even copied the design to a new file and tried. Please help
