This project draws inspiration from traditional Middle Eastern architecture and the serene opulence of Turkish baths, blending intricate mosaics, domed ceilings, and arches into a harmonious, immersive space. Deep blues and gold accents evoke the timeless beauty of Ottoman interiors, while natural light filters through ornate patterns, creating an atmosphere of calm and sacred intimacy. The design was also inspired by my grandparents’ house in Jordan, which had a room entirely covered with farsh — soft floor cushions used for sitting, talking, and sharing tea. I wanted to recreate that same sense of warmth, belonging, and quiet luxury, transforming it into a contemporary sanctuary where every detail feels both rooted in heritage and open to modern interpretation.
