Cindy: "The city was full of people, but I was so alone. I felt like there was no life in me anymore. Everything was just grey.
Then my friend from the architecture scool, who was really conserned of me, had found this ad of a job opening in some newspaper. She tought it was just for me. And I knew it would be. I felt like my life was going to ghange for better. And it did. I fell in love with this place the moment I stepped in. And the challenges ahead of me, it was just what I needed. Then you, your mom and Brother came, and I was feeling better each day. I'm so happy I took this job. it really changed my life meaningfull again. I was starting to feel my self again. Starting to heal.
I'm so greatfull to your family, just beeing around you felt like there just could be some people in my life who meant something to me, who were there for me."
Simon: "And we didn't know anything of all this. You are so brave young woman. I know your parents would be so proud of you."
Cindy: "Thank you. It means so much for me hearing you say that. I really miss my parents too. But now I have kind of two mothers, yours and my biological mom."
Simon: "I'm happy to share my mom with you. And she always wanted a daughter. But that never came to be. Maybe if our father hadn't died.."
Cindy: "There's something I have to tell you. This may sound weird, but.. all the time I'm afraid you just disappear or something."
Simon: "That's not weird at all. I understand it so well. If you loose someone, there's always this fear of loosing people who are close to you. But I'm not going anywhere. You can count on that."
Cindy: "Well I really hope so."
