Pied-à-Terre in Warsaw, Poland

Task: an adaptation of a studio apartment with a total area of 34.5 m2 with a 20-square meter living room/bedroom and 8.5 m2 kitchen for the needs of a comfortable Pied-à-Terre for a couple of ex-pats during regular visits to Warsaw. The apartment is located in the old, green district of Warsaw's Żoliborz with parks and a boulevard by the river, but at the same time conveniently located close to the city center.
