This city apartment has 3 rooms, a living room attached to a kitchen and laundry space. A master bathroom, a master bedroom, and a garage that can fit two cars. This whole property is 1196.27 square without the garage, but with the garage its 1509.43 square feet. This house can fit anywhere from 1-4 people. This is a dream house for many people!

I made this a simple square shape floor plan because I was a given a certain range of how many square feet my house could be. So to make it more simple I made it this shape. Same thing with the garage, I made a basic floor plan just big enough to fit 2 cars inside. This floor plan works quite well.
Space Showcase 15 Renders
This is the golden gate garage door, since this is a luxury apartment I decided to add a luxury door opener for the cars. Whether there leaving or parking back in for the night. This opens like any gate onto someone property, but its not for the property. Its for the garage.
This is the shoe collection in the master bedroom if your into collecting shoes or anything really. Just a cool storage area to have if your a collector in collectables.
This is one of two beds in the master bedroom, very fluffy pillows, soft mattress, comfortable blankets, and more great features. Also we got a nice painting that is featured in Italy above to the right. Below that is a table for whatever you want to put on it and a night lamp if you want to read.
This is a 55 inch TV with 1 speakers on each side. Fun fact you can connect your headphones or air pods to those speakers. And 2 devices can connect to the speaker. Let me explain, one speaker can connect to the left speaker and one can connect to the right. Two people can listen at the same time!
This is the wardrobe/closet/storage place. It can store cloths, sports items, equipment of any kind. And more! It has 19 cabinets for any possible items that can be stored in them. Its a over the top storage item that you need in your bedroom.
This is the second bed, same details and same design as the first bed. Behind it is a elephant painting that was drawn in Africa, fun fact this elephants name is Lucas and he is 7 years old. Also there 2 windows in the master bedroom and both are located behind each bed.
This is the inside of the garage, but since this is an apartment its on the first floor. Also this apart is on the 14th floor out of 20 floors.
This is the master kitchen, with a big wooden cutting and storage set to left. And then there is the main set of the kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, air fryer, and more. With two dining/dinner tables sitting 8 people in total combined.

This is a view from the TVs perspective, showing the couch, small table, cat tree house, the Mount Everest painting, window and everything else that is there.
This is the living room, with a large couch that can fit 6-8 people comfortably, in front is a small table for any item. Then there is a cat treehouse for any animal of any kind, even though its a cat tree house. And beside that is a massive cabinet that contains a 80 inch TV rendered in 4K.

This is the laundry machines, pretty tight space and basic but its not over the top and crazy. But you can wash double the cloths since you have 2 laundry machines that can wash and dry. Also the machines are in between the bedroom to the left and bathroom to the right. And a painting of the world.
MasterBathroom
This is the shower, its 5ft by 5ft and 8 feet tall. With all the washing accessories that include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and all the others just to name a few. This is steam proof glass to prevent that humid air, and fog stains on the glass.
This is the mirror that is also a cabinet underneath that can store your tooth brush, towels etc. Then we got a sink with more storage underneath that, then there is the toilet to right of that. Its updated to also be a bidet. This washroom is 80.77 square feet.
