modern farm house
I was going a bit out of my comfort zone with brighter colors I usually use darker colors. i did use darker colors in the dining room and in some wallpaper throughout the house. I was going for a farmhouse look with a bit of boho/modern.Floor Plan 405.04㎡
i went with an open floor plan and had all the bedrooms and bathrooms in the same area to make it feel organised.

this is the dining room i was going for a modern darker color look but still functional .
i made to separate sinks perfect for if you have kids.
I made the toilet secluded for privacy.
for the shower I wnt with marble and light colors to make it feel brighter.
I went with light wood and light colors with black touches also a darker wallpaper.
I also decided to add a pop of color with the painting by the toilet.
i did a double vanity perfect for a couple
for the shower i made it airy as well but also added some greys and blacks.
For the master bathroom I made it bright and airy so that it is relaxed.

as you can see I made it an open concept
for the kitchen I used lots of plants and light colors.
