Magenta Makeover
So the trend for 2023 will have us living with colour. Out with grey, out with minimal colour schemes of pale wintry white and this year homes are expected to embrace bold colour palettes with magenta making a splash after being named Pantone colour of the year. Many interior gurus think green will be also very popular in colour form and also the inclusion of bringing the outside in with plenty of foliage within the home. Beige is once again popular as our all earthy tones. So with these predictions in mind this interior is a rich vibrant tapestry used to create a fun and personalized space.

Another big trend for 2023 is statement wallpaper in bathrooms and powder rooms. Make a big splash with leafy palms or whatever takes your fancy....go wild..go crazy but make sure you embrace the wallpaper revival.

The covered entrance highlights the forecast of having plenty of foliage in and around your immediate home. The walls are strewn with creepers and leafy plants to bring you close up and personal with nature.

White has also been introduced into this room to add a clean feel and to lighten the intensity of the other colours,
I love the individuality of this bedroom... it feels good to play with these colours.
the bedroom has the luxury addition of a dressing room area located behind the bed with french doors opening out onto the terrace.

Steps lead you down from the front entrance into a garden room entrance area.

A laundry area is always a great addition to any home. This one also has the plus of opening directly onto the terrace.
LivingRoom
The sitting room is semi formal in nature and its colours although so in vogue for 2023 evoke schemes found in drawing room of decades past.
The sitting room leads on to a library cum study.
Richly .& almost regal..... these colours are grown up and satisfying.
A library area combines as a study. The magenta wall and sofa adds a flamboyant burst of intensity.
Mirrors have been set into the bookcases and the room has a decadent addition of bronze coloured desk and consul table to really enhance the jewelled colour scheme,
A little softer pink creeps in to soften and feminise the area of an interior which was a challenge and a refreshing colour scheme to work with and I hope you enjoyed my ideas for 2023 interiors.
