A home for two - 54sqm 1BR house

My parents own multiple small houses with 50sqm each. We rent them with a very reasonable price to other people. I think given the very decent space of house, it's gonna be very interesting if I "facelift" the window & door frame, along with furnished version to make the space more lively.
